please feel free to link a combat log analysis from any alternate sites you may be accostomed to using, but if you're not sure what we're talking about, World of Logs is reasonably easy to use.

How to record and publish a Combat Log (WoL)

First, make sure you don't have any old data left behind.
Before you start your client, go to your World of Warcraft program folder
this is commonly installed to

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Logs\

if there's already a file there named 'WoWCombatlog.txt' then either rename, or simply delete it.

You can prune this at any time with any text editor, but I prefer starting with an empty file to muching around with hundred meg text files in notepad.

Next, get yourself into a raid somehow.

Once you're ready to go, just type /combatlog in game, and your client will start recording everything you do.
Typing /combatlog a second time turns this off, as does disconnection or logging out, so make sure you restart logging by typing the same /combatlog command after a Disconnect etc.

Kill the bad guys, take your loot, and when you're done being impressive, type /combatlog once more to stop logging, or just log out.

next step - create an account on http://worldoflogs.com
This is quick and easy using the 'Register' link on their front page.
Once you have an account - you'll need to create yourself a guild, either using the link that appears on their front page once you've logged in with your new account, or going directly to http://www.worldoflogs.com/guilds/create/
this doesn't need to be a real guild, just pick a realm you like the name of and make up a guild name that doesn't exist.

Once your account is associated with a Guild you'll be able to run the world of logs client from the 'client' link on the front page.

The client will prompt you to locate the file we looked at earlier
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Logs\WoWCombatlog.txt

and will process, upload and publish it for you.
Once it finishes uploading, copy the address of the published report into your application here.

possible alternatives off the top of my head
